银屑病的抗体搭桥角朊细胞-单一核白细胞粘连

摘要: 角朊细胞经银屑病血清处理后与单一核白细胞粘连.银屑病血清的促粘连作用显著高于正常人血清.除掉血清中的IgG,IgA,IgM可使促粘连作用实际上消失.纯银屑病IgG有促粘连作用,而IgG-F(ab')2则无促粘连作用.这些事实表明粘连的形成依赖于结合在角朊细胞表面的完整抗体分子的Fc与单一核白细胞表而的Fc受休结合.免疫表型分析表明单核/巨噬细胞,TH和TS及B细胞参与细胞粘连.

Abstract: Keratinocyte treated by psoriatic serum could form the cellular adhesion with human mononuclear leucocytes.The promoting adhesion ability of psoriatic serum was significantly higher than that of normal serum.When IgG,IgA,IgM in the sera were removed,promoting adhesion ability of the sera was practically cancelled.Pure psoriatic IgG possesscd promoting adhesion ability,but IgG-F(ab')2,did not.It is suggested by these facts that the farmation of adhesion depends on the connection between Fc of antibody molecules Bound on the surfaces of keratinocytes and Fc receptors on mononuclear leucocytes.It was show by immunophenotyping that mono/macrophage,TH,TS and B cell participated the cellular adhesion.
