孢子丝菌微机数据分析实验初探

摘要: 本文应用微机数据分析系统对不同营养条件下生长的孢子丝菌菌体及由这些菌体所致大白鼠辜丸炎病变中的孢子面积、周长、长短径、圆形孢子比率进行了分析处理,所测定的各指标可反映营养条件对孢子丝菌生长状态的影响;大白鼠辜丸炎病变中孢子测量各指标值也可因菌株不同而有显著差异.本文对这些数据进行了分析讨论.

Abstract: Some parameters of Sporothrix, including the area., perimeter, maximum and minimum diameter of spores and the rate of fromation of round spores in the lesions of orchitis of rat caused by Sporothrix grown under different nutritional conditions were analysed using minocomputer (LEITE ASM). The parameters determined reflected the influence of nutritionsl condition on the growth of Sporothrix.The authors point out that there are also significaat difference in the parameters of the spores of different strains of Sporothrix in the lesions of the orchitis of rat.
