摘要： 对11例皮肌炎及多发性肌炎患者血清内抗血管内皮细胞抗体进行了检测,发现阳性者5例人,阳性率为45.4%.并对其作为诊断指标和在皮肌炎发病学中可能的作用进行了讨论.

Abstract: The antivascular endothelial cell antibody in the sera of 11 cases of dermatomyositis and polymyositis was examined. Positive findings were found in 5 cases, positive rate was 45.4%. The possible role of antivascular endothelial cell antibody in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis and the possibility of being a parameter in diagnosis were discussed.
