尖锐湿疣的超微结构和乳头瘤病毒抗原的检测

摘要: 本文报告80例尖锐湿疣的病理检查结果.光镜下每例均见到空泡细胞.30例作了PAP免疫酶染色,12例检测出人乳头瘤病毒属特异性抗原(HPV-Ag),阳性率40%.15例作了电镜检查,5例查见病毒颗粒(33.3%).文中就空泡细胞的超徽结构及形成作了描述并认为空泡细胞是HPY感染引起的一种变性细胞.

Abstract: Biopsy specimens taken from 80 patients with condyloma accuminatum were studied The koilocytes were observed under light micro-scope in all patients. Among 30 cases assayed for HPV-Ag with PAP staining, twelve were positive (40%). Viral particles were detected in the upper most layers of epithelium in 5 out of 15 cases. The koilocytes were large vacuolated cells characterized by enlarged nuclei with wrinkled nuclear membranae and clumping chromatin. They had the appearance of loose cytoplasm with scarce organellae acid the tonofilament bundles chiefly located in the peripheral cytoplasm. Our observation suggests that the vacuolation of swollen mitochondria and dissolution of glycogen particles as well as the dilatation of small vesicles of some epithelial cells resulted in the formation of the so-called "koilocytes". These appearances were probably the cytopathic effect of HPV infection.
