银屑病皮损酶组织化学及细胞超微结构变化—线粒体及其定位酶的观察

摘要: 本文对19例银屑病患者皮损进行了酶组化及透射电镜等观察,发现定位于线粒体的SDH,ICDH,MDH;CCO,NADHD等酶活性均下降,说明银屑病皮损表皮细胞的有氧氧化功能降低,能量代谢障碍;而电镜观察则发现病变表皮细胞内线粒体增多,体积增大,这可能是由于病变细胞内能量产生不足,而细胞又处于高度增殖状态,对能量需求增加所致的结构代偿。

Abstract: The skin lesions of 19 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were studied using enzyme-histochemical method and TEM. The result showcd that the activities of SDH, ICDH, MDH, CCO, NADHD and β-OH-BD in mitochondria decreased. This indicated that there were decreased oxidation function of energy supply of mitochondria in the epidermal cells of psoriatic lesion. The increase of numbcr and size of mitochondria observed under TEM might be a structural compensation for energy supply.
