摘要: 本研究应用一组单克隆抗体和ABC免疫过氧化酶技术,对脂溢性角化病、洗状痣、鲍温病、基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌中的郎格罕细胞、T细胞及其亚群、B细胞、巨噬细胞的密度和分布进行了观察。发现在肿瘤的表皮内,郎格罕细胞的密度高于正常对照表皮,在癌巢中,其密度大大低于正常表皮,在各种肿瘤中,浸润细胞多数为T细胞,巨噬细胞散在,B细胞罕见。这些结果提示,郎格罕细胞密度降低,可能与局部免疫监视功能降低有关;在抗肿瘤免疫中,起主要作用的似为T细胞介导的细胞免疫应答。

Abstract: In this communication we observed the densities and distribution of Langerhans cells, T cells and their subsets, B cells and macrophages in seborrheic keratosis, verrucous nevus, Bowen's disease, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma with a panel of mono-clonal antibodies employng ABC immunopero-xidase technique. It was found that the densities of Langerhans cells in the epidermis of tumors were higher than those of the normal epidermis. The Langerhans cell densities within the cancer nests were much lower than the normal control epidermis. The main infiltrating cells in various tumors were T cells with scattering macrophages. B cells were rarely seen. These results indicate that the lowered Langerhans cell density may be of relevance to the impaired local immune surveillance function and T cell mediated cellular immunity may play a vital role in the anti-tumor immune response.
