雷公藤对女性SLE性激素水平的影响

摘要： 对单独服用雷公藤糖浆的31例女性SLE测定了6种卵泡期血清性激素:雌二醇(E2),睾酮(T)、孕酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和催乳素.结果显示治疗前SLE的E2和E2/T值较健康对照组显著增高,治疗后明显降低.而且病情活动者的E2和E2/T值的增高率显著高于病情缓解或稳定者.故认为雷公藤抑制E2和调整E2/T值的作用可能是其药物作用机制中的重要一环.

Abstract: Serum sex hormone profile was determined on 31 female SLE patients treated with Tryptervgitun Wilfordii Hook F (TWHF) alone.The profile consisted of estradiol,(E2),bestosteronc (T),progesterone follicular stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and prolactin.The results showed that the levels of E2 and E2/T ratios in SLE patients were significantly higher than those in the normal controls before treatment,and fell markedly after treatment.Moreover the increasisig rates of E2 levels and E2/T ratios in active patients were significantly higher than those in the palliative and stable.It is thought that reducing E2 level and modulating E2/T ratio by TWHF may be a key hoiat of the pharmacofogic action of the drug.
