口服MTX治疗前后银屑病皮损中淋巴细胞亚群的原位观察

摘要： 本组应用一组包括抗T淋巴细胞亚群在内的单克隆抗体对一组寻常型银屑病患者接受MTX治疗前后皮损的淋巴细胞亚群进行原位标记.结果提示:静止期银屑病可能为一慢性炎症过程,进行期银屑病的发生可能与T4+/T8+比例失调有关,口服MTX可能通过抗炎及调节免疫过程而发挥治疗作用.

Abstract: Cryostat sections of biopsy specimens from psoriatic lesions before and after methotrexate (MTX) treatment were labelled in situ by a series of monoclonal antibodies including anti-T cell subsets antibodies. The results showed that in the stationary stage of psoriasis, there may be a chronic inflammatory process and the progressive stage of psoriasis may be related to the abnormality of T4/T8 ratio. MTX by mouth may exert anti-inflammatory and immuno-regulating actions on the disease.
