摘要： 本文对SLE病人的细胞免疫功能进行了研究.结果表明病人的T细胞在外周血单一核细胞中所占比例降低,同种异体混合淋巴细胞反应无明显改变,而自身混合淋巴细胞反应和健康对照组比较显著缺损.这反映了SLE病人的冤疫调节功能障碍,可能是SLE的重要发病机理之一.

Abstract: The study reports the change of cellular immune function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Their E rosetting ratio was descreased, allogeneie mixed lymphocyte reaction was not significantly defective and autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction was significantly impaired. These findings suggest that the patients with SLE have dysfunction in ixnmunoregulation, that is likely to reflect important pathogenesis of SLE.
