摘要： 本文报告8例LE皮损表皮、表皮真皮连接处、真皮浅层超微结构病变.发现活化的淋巴细胞与表皮角肠细胞密切接触、附着,并围绕真皮病变的血管、神经周围.推测此种病变,可能与免疫活性T细胞有关.证实了T淋巴细胞的细胞免疫,在LE病理免疫反应中起重要作用.

Abstract: This article reports the ultrastrutural changes in the epidermis, dermalepidermal junction and superficial dermis of cutaneous lesions of eight LE pateints by electronmicro-scopy.
