黑素瘤细胞的荧光在鉴别诊断中的应用

摘要： 恶性黑素瘤是一种恶性度高的肿瘤,其结构复杂,很容易与皮肤的其它肿瘤相混淆.我们采用福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋未染色的切片在荧光显微镜下观察,10例皮肤原发性恶性黑素瘤中的9例,2例转移性恶性黑素瘤中的1例呈现出黄绿色荧光.痣细胞15例中2例也是阳性,其余对照组中的良、恶性肿瘤细胞全部阴性.这种荧光具有特征性,呈黄绿色容易识别,可以做为一种实用的鉴别诊断技术.

Abstract: Unstained sections from formalin-fixed, paraffln-embedded specimen were observed under fluorescent microscope. Nine of 10 primary cutaneous melanomas and one of 2 metastatic melanomas were positive for yellowish green fluorescence. Two of 15 nevocellular nevi were also postive. Various other cutaneous tumors examined showed negative result.This yellowish green fluorescence, which is characteristic for melanoma, can be easily demonstrated and may be used in diflerentisting melanoma cells from other cutaneous tumor cells.
