银屑病患者血清中核酸浓度的观察

Serum nucleic acid concentration in patients with psoriasis

摘要: 本文对105例处于不同病程分期的银屑病患者血清中总核酸、DNA,RNA浓度进行了测定.结果均明显低于正常人(P<0.001-0.05)进行期和静止期均低于消退期(P<0.001-0.02),消退期基本恢复正常.这种变化与患者血尿中核糖核酸酶(RNase)活力的增高相一致.作者认为核酸浓度的降低可能与RNase的降解作用有关.并提出,为了阐明银屑病的发病机理和寻求更有效的治疗方法,今后有必要对患者的核酸代谢进行深入研究.

Abstract: The serum total nucleic acid, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) concentrations detected in 105 patients with psoriasis of different stages are reported in this paper. The serum total nucleic acid, DNA and RNA concentrations in the patients were all markedly lower than those of normal control group (P<0.001-0.05). The serum total nucleic acid, DNA and RNA concentrations in progressive and stationary stages were lower than those in resolving stage (P<0.01-0.02). Total nucleic acid, DNA and RNA concentrations in resolving stage mostly returned to normal value. This change of serum concentrations paralleled with the increasing activity of ribonucleic (RNase) in serum and urine. The authors consider that the decreasing of nucleic acid concentration may be related to degradation action of RNase. In order to explain the pathogenesis of psoriasis and look for the most effective therapeutic method, it is necessary to study the metabolism of nucleic acid in patients with psoriasis further.
