不同年龄真皮纤维网结构的扫描电镜观察 Ⅱ. 弹性纤维

Observation on the age-associated change in human dermal fibrous network by SEM:Ⅱ. Elastic fiber

摘要: 作者用扫描电镜观察了1岁以内婴儿,20-40岁成人及70岁以上老年的上臂、腹部和足跟部真皮弹性纤维网的三维结构.婴儿的弹性纤维网表现为致密、均质、有众多凹陷的海绵状结构.成人的纤维网由凌乱的纤维组成,乳头层纤维细而呈圆柱状,网状层纤维粗而呈片状,前者走向主要垂直,后者主要平行,足跟部纤维网较其它部位的致密.老年人弹性纤维网较为致密,尤以足跟部显著,纤维排列更为凌乱.个别纤维轮廓模糊,表面可见颗粒状物质,这些改变也以足跟部为明显.作者对纤维网结构差异的原因进行了讨论.

Abstract: We used scanning electronmicroscope to examine the three-dimensional architecture of the dermal elastic network of infant (within 1 yr), adult (20-40 yr) and aged person (over 70). The sites of examination were inner upper arm, abdomen and the heel. The network of infant appeared as a dense, homogeneous cavernous material with numerous pits on it. The network of adult was consisted of randomly arranged fibers. The fibers in papillary dermis were fine, cylindrical and mainly vertically oriented, whereas those in reticular dermis were coarse, sheet-like and the orientation was mainly horizontal. The network of the heel was denser than that in the other parts. The network of the aged was dense, especially in the heel and the organization was more random. The outline of individul fiber was blurred and fuzzy. Granular material was found on the surface of the fibers. These changes were more conspicuous in the heel. The reasons of the structural difference of the fibrous network in diff rent age groups are discussed.
