摘要： 本文对113例皮肤着色霉菌病的病理变化进行了光学显微镜的观察及描述,讨论了本病真皮组织病理中炎症细胞浸润的差别及经表皮排斥抱子的现象的病理变化.观察了棕色厚壁孢子在组织内的形态、大小、分布等特点及棕色厚壁抱子周围有嗜伊红物质沉着.

Abstract: This article describes the histopathologic changes of 113 cases of cutaneous chromomy-cosis and discusses the different inflammatory cell infiltration in dermis and the phenomenon of trans-epithelial elimination of spores. The shape, size and distrbution of spores within skin tissues was observed and eosinophilic material surrounding brown_thick wall spores was found.
