Sézary细胞具有与活化T细胞和角朊细胞共同的表面抗原

摘要： 从一例Sézary综合征患者外周血的Sézary细胞产生的单克隆抗体,它不与正常人外周血单一核细胞反应而与活化的T细胞和表皮角朊细胞反应,直接地提供了实验室依据,说明皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)细胞具有与活化的辅助性T细胞(TH)和角朊细胞共同的表面抗原,也提示了CTCL细胞是在活化的TH和角朊细胞影响并相互作用下发生和发展,最终发生了恶变.

Abstract: by peripheral Sezary cells from a patient with Sézary syndrome. They were not reactme with normal peripheral mononuclear cells but with activated T cells and epidermal keratinocytes. It provided the direct laboratory evidence to show that cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) cell; shared common surface antigen with activated helper T cells (TH) and keratinocytes and also suggested that CTCL cells eventually become malignancy under the influence and interation of activated TH and keratoincytes.
