5-FC、二性霉素B、大蒜素、中药对烟曲霉的抑菌试验

摘要： 本文报告了实验室内5-FC、二性霉素B、大蒜素和中药(大蒜、青篙、黄精、百部、白头翁、厚朴、苦参)对烟曲霉的抑菌作用.5-Fc和AmB在试管内有明显的协同作用.大蒜也有抑菌作用.大蒜素和5-FC在试管内也显示了协同作用,可为临床用药提供借鉴.

Abstract: The susceptibility tests of antimycotic agents, 5-FC, Amphotericin B(AmB), Alliticum and some traditional herbal medicine against Aspergillus fumigatus were studied. There were significant synergic action of 5-FC combined with AmB in vitro. We also found the synergic action of Alliticum comhined with 5-FC against A. fumigatus. These results provide an evidence for the practice in clinical work.
