葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)动物实验模型

摘要: 本文报道从一例典型SSSS13天新生儿颈部病灶内,培养出噬菌体2组71/55型金黄色葡萄球菌,制成不同浓度菌液,给新生小白鼠作皮下及腹腔内接种,在6~12小时内,皆出现皮肤红斑、尼氏征阳性,有的出现松弛大疱.病理检查:粒层内表皮松解,形成腔隙,与人类SSSS临床与病理变化完全格同,再一次证实了Melish的实验模型.本文实验结果表明:新生小白鼠年龄以2~8天为优,菌量以9×106-7为优,注射方法以皮下注射法为优,小白鼠年龄在12天以上不发病.非噬菌体2组金葡菌注射后不发生SSSS病变,仅出现局部炎症反应.作者提出了动物实验模型对临床诊治的指导意义.

Abstract: The phage group 2 type 55/71 coagulase-positive staphylococci, isolated from a 13-day-old infant with typical staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS) produced experimental SSSS in newborn mice. In our experiment the optimal dosage of organisms was 9×106-7. The newborn mice 2-8 days old almost all developed experimental SSSS, and those above 12 days of age gave negative response except some inflammatory reaction, nodules or abscess at the site of inoculation. The subcutaneous route of inoculation was superior to the intraperitoneal route. The non-phage group 2 staphylococci failed to produce SSSS in mice of all age groups. Our experimentation precents a further proof to Melish' work on SSSS.
