25例大疱性类天疱疮远期追踪观察

摘要： 本文对25例大疱性类天疱疮进行了远期追踪观察,发现死亡率为12%,与过去统计的结果变化不大.说明本所对大疱性类天疱疮的治疗方案,即小剂量皮质类固醇加用氨苯讽的疗效是满意的.在死亡原因的分析中,发现除了皮质类固醇的副作用外,对老年的常见病也必须予以警惕.

Abstract: Twenty-five cases of bullous pemphigoid(BP) were followed up for a long period.It was found that the mortality of BP(12%) was not different with that in the past.The method of treatment for BP,a smaller dose of cortico-steroid plus DDS proved benificial.Analysis of the cause of death revealed that apart from the side effects ef corticosteroid one must be aware of the common diseases of the elderly.
