银屑病患者光化学疗法前后非皮损区表皮郎格罕氏细胞的电镜观察

摘要：

本文对银屑病患者非皮损区通过电镜观察光化学疗法(照光12次,总量16J/cm2,内服8-MOP总量6mg/kg)后,发现表皮郎格罕氏细胞数明显下降,细胞形态学有明显破坏性改变.

Abstract:

Normal skin of patients with psoriasis treated by PUVA (oral 8-MOP in total dose of 6 mg/kg and 12 exposures UVA in total dose of 16J/cm2)was examined by electronmicroscopy. It was found that the number of epidermal Langerhans, cells was decreased markedly and the structure of them displayed destructive changes.
