花斑癣菌的光镜和电镜观察

Observation on pityrosporon yeasts by light and electron microscopy

摘要: 本文报告花斑癣菌KOH涂片和培养涂片的光镜和电镜观察.光镜下KOH涂片为成群厚壁回形孢子和菌丝.培养涂片孢子有圆形和卵形,菌丝有长短.电镜下(SEM和TEM)观察花斑癣菌的超微结构.从内部结构进一步证明圆形和卵形孢子是同一种菌的不同形态.但长短菌丝的长度、大小、形态和内外结构等均有差异,其原因尚不清楚.

Abstract: Light and electron microscopic observations of potassium hydroxide and culture smears of Pityrosporum yeasls were reported. There were many round chlamydospores and mycelia in the KOH smear, round and oval spores and mycelia of different leagths in the culture smear under light microscope. It was confirmed electronmicroscopically (SEM and TEM)that the round and oval spores were the different forms of the same fungus, but the length, diameter, morphology and internal and external structures of the long and short mycelia were different.
