36例寻常型银屑病血清载脂蛋白B水平

摘要： 本文检测了36例寻常型银屑病病人(男25例、女11例)血清T-Ch, HDL-Ch和ApoB含量分别为179.0±40.7mg/dl,53.0±14.4mg/dl和99.3±11.2mg/dl.其中ApoB与正常人比较差异显著(P<0.01).而T-Ch,HDL-Ch与正常人比较无差异.推测ApoB的升高是由于血清中VLDL升高造成.深入研究脂代谢与银屑病的关系.无论在理论上,还是在临床上都具有一定的意义.

Abstract: The serum levels of T-Ch, HDL-Ch and ApoB in psoriasis vulgaris' were determined. The mean values±SD of them obtained were 179.0±40.7mg/dl, 53.0±14.4mg/dl, and 99.3±11.2mg/dl respectively.In comparison with the normal control value, the ApoB values were significantly higher,and the T-Ch levels were within the normal range, The authors suggest that the higher ApoB level may be explained by an increase of the VLDL content. It may be of some value both clinitally and theoretically is the study of the relationship between psoriasis vulgaris and apolipoprotein B.
