银屑病患者循环免疫复合物及有关免疫指标观察

摘要： 本文检查了109例寻常型银屑病住院病人的循环免疫、复合物及混合玫瑰花试验等几项免疫检查,提示银屑病可能是一种(皮肤)免疫复合物疾病. 用C3b致敏酵母凝集试验检测39例银屑病病人,及用红细胞免疫试验检测19例,表明银屑病病人循环免疫复合物可以升高.免疫球蛋白检测显示IgG及IgA升高,以及C3检测较正常值低,亦可支持银屑病与免疫复合物有关.用E. Y混合玫瑰花试验检测55例.结果B细胞减少,N及D细胞增多,结合文献复习,可以认为银屑病细胞免疫功能可能低下.且体液免疫功能亦可能有缺陷.PHA淋巴细胞转化率明显降低,也可说明细胞免疫功能低下.

Abstract: The circulating immune complex and mixed rosette formation test etc. of 109 in-patients with psoriasis vulgaris were examined. Psoriasis might be an(cutaneous)immune complex disease was suggested.The results of Cab sensitized yeast agglutination test in 39 cases and red cell immune test in 19 cases showed that the level of circulating immune complex of patients with psoriasis might increase. Assays of immunoglobulins demonstrated the increased values of IgG and IgA and the decreased level of C3 also might support that psoriasis was related to immune complex. The results of E. Y, mixed rosette formation test in 55 cases showed that B cell decreased, and N cell and D cell increased. PHA lymphocyte transformation rate also decreased prominently. It is thought that the function of cell mediated immunity of psoriasis might be low, and the function of humoral immunity of psoriasis also might be deficient.
