天疱疮皮损的电镜观察

摘要： 本文报道了1例寻常型天疱疮患者皮损处的电镜观察结果.棘层松解发生于表皮基底层之上方,此处两相邻棘细胞之间连接疏松,桥粒处细胞间隙增宽,张力微丝消失.棘细胞表面平坦,核形不规则,线粒体空泡变性,核周呈淡染之晕轮.天疱疮的免疫复合物干扰了棘细胞外粘合物质的形成和保持,也影响棘细胞本身的生理功能,最终导致棘层松解,大疱形成.

Abstract: The skin lesion of a patient with pemphigus vulgaris was observed under EM.We found the acantholysis occuried on the top of basal layer where the connection between squamous cells became. looser,the intercellular space between desmosomes became wider, and the tonofilaments disappeared.The surface of squamous cells was smootli, but the shape of nuclei was irregular and the nuclei were surrounded with light-stained halos. Mitochondria showed vacuolar degeneration.
