砒硫霉净抑菌作用及治疗皮肤癣菌病疗效观察

Antimycotic action of sodium pyrithone and its therapeutic effect in treating dermatomycoses

摘要： 砒硫霉净是一种广谱抗真菌药物,其化学名为2-硫基吡啶-N-氧化物钠.体外药敏试验表明:其对17种真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用.尤其是红色毛癣菌,絮状表皮癣菌和石膏样毛癣菌,其最低抑菌浓度,优于益康唑.我们应用砒硫霉净治疗皮肤癣菌病103例疗效满意,治愈率为87.38%.应用砒硫霉净霜剂和稀醇溶液对比治疗观察表明无显著差(P>0.05).

Abstract: Sodium pyrithone is a broad spectrum antimycotic drug.It is a sodium salt of 2-mercaptopyridine-N-oxide. In vitro test, it showed variable mycostatic action on 17 mpcotic strains. The MIC of the drug on Trichophyton rubrum, Epidermophyton floccosum and Trichophyton gypseum was lower than that of Econazole. One hundred and three cases of dermatomycoses were treated with sodium pyrithone, 30 cases(87.38%)were cured. The a study comparing 1% sodium pyrithone cream with 1% sodium pyrithone solution(50% alcohol),the result showed no significant difference(P>0.05).
