摘要： 本文是1980年在本杂志发表的体外培养人麻风分枝杆菌研究的继续.数年来,作者等采用Kubica的12种鉴别试验反复研究其中21株的特征.发现其中第I组14株的结果基本全部一致.其特征为:在45℃不生长.最适生长温度为32℃,生长缓慢.菌落为淡黄色光滑半球形.对光无色素友应.赘酸试验阴性,硝酸盐还原阴性,触酶>45mm阴性,触酶68℃阳性,吐温水解阴性,亚啼酸盐还原阴性,硫酸芳香醋酶阴性,Mac Coakey琼脂上不生长,5多NaCl耐受性阳性(其中2株阴性).第Ⅱ组的4株除在45℃也能生长外,其它特征与第Ⅰ组完全一致.

Abstract: This paper reports the result of the characteristies of 21 of the 23 strains of acid-fast bacilli studied by means of Kubica's 12 differential identification tests for mycobacteria.These 21 strains could be divided into Group Ⅰ including 14 strains,Group Ⅱ including 4 strains,and 3 remaining straias of questioaable position.
