摘要： 本文报道了青岛市三家鱼类加工厂的加工鱼、虾工入中类丹毒的流行倩况、临床表现和一系列实验室研究的情况.作者从患者皮疹中分离到本病的致病菌,经多种培养特性、细菌形态学、生化反应和动物实验等证实为红斑丹毒丝菌,这是国内从来报道过的.Schwartz曾经指出:类丹之在太平洋一沿岸罕见.过去国内学者曾在调查渔捞业和屠宰业工人中寻找本病,但均未发现.我们的调查研究证实类丹毒在青岛地区渔业工人中并不少见,是一种应引起重视的职业性皮肤病.根据调查研究的结果,参阅国内外有关文献.对本病的一些问题进行了讨论,并提出了预防措施.

Abstract: The epidemiology,clinical manifestations and various laboratory studies of erysipeloid that occurred among fish handlers and prawn processing workers of three fish works in Qingdao were presented.From the lesions of the patients,a strain of microorganism was isolated and proved to be Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae by its various cultural characters,morphology,biochemical reactions,and experimentations in animals etc.This is the first report on erysipeloid in China.
