Abstract: Clinically, 44 patients witli exfoliative dermatitis were treated by integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine method all were recovered except oae death.It was effective in 97.7%.The average therapeutic period was 85 days. Serum immunoglobulins were determined in 18 cases and no significant difference between pre-and posttreatment was observed. LTT and ERFCT were tested in 11 cases; the hemorheologic studies were made in 8 cases and the nail fold microcirculation was examined in 7 cases; all of these exrsminations showed abnormal results before treatment ttnd became normal in different degrees after treatment.
