SLE病人PHA淋转反应及单一核抑制细胞功能的检查

摘要: 37例正常人之PHA淋转反应值均在5000cpm以上,而47例系统性红斑狼疮病人中有15人之相应值在5000cpm以下.并且.病人组淋转反应之平均值低于正常人组之平均值,其差异有显著性.在正常人组与病人组中均存在缺乏单一核抑制性细胞的少部分人,他们占各组总人数的比例分别为4/37及7/47,两比例间的差别无显著性.对活动期与非活动期两组病人进行PHA淋转反应及单一核抑制细胞功能的比较,均无显著性差异.

Abstract: Tlie values of PHA-lympliocyte transformation In 37 normal persons were above 5000 cpm; however, the values in 15 cases among 47 patients with systemic lupus erytliematosus(SLE)were below 5000 cpm. The difference of average. values of lympliocyte transformation between these two groups was quite significant, Four out of 37 normal persons lacked suppressor function of mononuclear cells, and so,did seven out of 47 patients. The difference between. the two proportions; 4/37(normal group)and 7/47(patient group), had no statistical significance. The compazisons of the active SLE patient group with the non-active group in PHA-lymphocyte transformation and suppressor function of mononucfear cells showed that there were no significant differences.
