银屑病患者外周血T细胞亚群的初步观察

摘要：

本文用改良的Moretta法.即结合不同性质的免疫球蛋白的Fc受体法,对25例进行期银屑病患者夕调血T细胞亚群进行了检测,并与企常人进行对照.发现进行期银屑病患者Lc; Tγ较正常人为低(P<0.05)有显著性差异;Tγ细胞远较正常入为高(P<0.001),有极显奢差异.本文还对实验方法作了较详尽的介绍.并指出Tγ细孕在尸定程度上可以反映机体的抑制性细胞的某个侧面,代表一定功能状态的T细胞.作者还针对银屑病中Ty细胞升高的问题进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:

We measured the subpopulation of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of 25 cases with psoriasis.in progressive stage by modified Moretta method in which two subsets of T lymphocytes iuay bear IgG(Tγ)or IgM(Tμ)Fc receptors. The result demonstrated that lymphocytes and T cells in the patients wifh psoriasis were lower than normal value (P<0.05),but the, number of Tγ cells teas much higher than that of the control group(P<0.001). Besides the methed used in this study was explained in detail and the high level of Tγ in the psoriasis cases were also discussed.
