无汗型外胚叶缺陷发汗功能的研究

摘要: 本文报道了性联隐性遗传无汗型外胚叶缺陷男性2例,并对其生理功能做了研究.证明患者缺乏汗腺,环境温度超过,35℃时体温放散陷入完全障碍,皮温随环境温度升高也随之提高,而直肠温度相对稳定.患者可以通过无感蒸泄调节体温,但其量仅为正常人的1/4.通过植物神经功能检查也进一步证明患者没有汗腺.一般针刺无皮肤电反射,语言刺激可有微弱的皮肤电反射,说明皮肤电反射是以汗腺为主要刺激,但不是唯一的基础.

Abstract: Two cases of X-linked recessive anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia(A.E.D.)were reported.The perspiration functions were tested in the two patients. It was demonstrated thet when the environmental temperature was above 35℃ the regulation of body temperature was completely disturbed due to the absence of sweat gland. The temperature of skin rose in direct proportion with a rise in environments)temperature.However, the temperature of the rectum was relatively stable. Therefore patients were able to regulate the body temperature by means of insensible perspiration but the amount was only one fourth as compared with normal persson.A bsence of sweat gland was further demonstrated through the examination of the function of autonomic nervous system. No electroreflex of skin could be observed to the needle touch, but the language stimulation induced a weak electroreflex of the skin that suggested the cutaneous electroreflex was mainly based on the existence of sweatregland but that is not the only basis.
