摘要： 本文报告6例LEp并复习了部分文献,共得LEp66例.作者在着重研究了LEp与DLE,SLE相互转化关系后发现有以下3种变化方式:(1)LEp不变(8/66);(2)LEp与DLE,SLE之间可以互相转化(46/66)(3)LEp,DLE,SLE可两型或三型同时发生(12/66),作者认为(1)SLE,DLE,LEp都是LE的不同表现型;(2)DLE和SLE是LE病潜的两极型,LEp是病谱的中间过渡型;(3)三型之间可以互相转化;(4)如先发生LEp,它既可向DLE也可向SLE两极转化.因此要积极治疗,密切观察.最后作者对LE病谱提出新的设想图解.

Abstract: Six cases of lupus erythematosus profundus(LEp)were reported, Aftet reviewing, 60 cases of LEp in the literature the authors found 3 types of trans-formation in these 66 cases of LEp.They are; (1)remained unchanged for a long time(8/66),(2)intertransformable between DLE or SLE under certain conditions(46/66),(3)two or three.types of them could occur at the same time(12/66), Therefore we take this 3 types of LE as different manifestations of the disease, DLE and SLE are polar types and LEp is the intermediate type. If LEp appears first, it map transform into DLE of into SLE under certain conditions. Finally the authors put forward a suggestion on the spectrum of LE expressed diagrammatically.
