尿醛树脂胶所致皮炎的调查

摘要： 本文报告了烟台某木钟厂胶合板车间工人,因使用尿醛树脂胶引起的接触性皮炎,同时伴有上呼吸道粘膜刺激症状.作者于1878年对上述做了调查. 在对35人体检中,查出皮炎患者13例,患病率为37,1%.其中刷胶工12例(34.3%);制胶工1例(2.9%).根据现场调查及对常用生产物质斑试结果,分析讨论了发病原因,认为主要致病因素为尿醛树脂胶中的甲醛. 结合实际情况,提出了增加密闭通风,加强个人防护,定期查体.发现患者及时调离治疗等几项预防措施.

Abstract: The author reported the result of an investigation of the plywood workshop of a wood-frame clock factory in Yantai city carried out in 1978. Among 35 workers examined, theta were 13 cases (37.1%)of contact dermatitis. 12 of them were workers applying urea-formaldehyde, and 1 patient was a worker making the resin. Most workers examined had irritant symptoms of upper respiratory tract. Based on the data of investigation and the result of patch test, the author considered formal-dehyde is urea-formaldehyde resin to be the main causative agent. Finally the author put forward some preventive measures.
