银屑病患者的染色体

摘要： 本文观察了12例寻常型银屑病患者外周血淋巴细胞的染色体.显带技术无异常变化.常规技术,染色体细胞畸变率和染色体畸变率分别为2.67%和0.062%.经泊松检验,此种畸变率与健康人染色体畸变率比较,二者差别有显著性(P<0.05).表明银屑病患者染色体的畸变率可能高于健康人群.

Abstract: A chroriiosomal study was made of venous blood from 12 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Thresults were as follows:1.Significant difference in the configuration of chromosomes was seea between patients with psoriasis and normal subjects(Poisson test P<0.05).2.No changes either in the number or in the banding technique of the chromosomes were observed.
