某些皮肤病人血清SPA协同凝集试验的研究

摘要： 应用金黄色葡萄球菌的细胞壁成分A蛋白((SPA) No:1800株.标记16种特异抗体,观察其与某些皮肤病人血清协同凝集试验.作者等观察了390例患者.这些患者包括82例银屑病、44例过敏性皮炎,33例湿疹,47例脂溢性皮炎扩42例寻常性痤疮,19例慢性荨麻疹,18例多形性红斑,8例毛囊炎,2例掌踢脓疙症,14例皮肤真菌病,5例皮肤结核,9例秃发,3例丹毒等. 在本文82例银屑病中50例试验阳性(69.7%),33例湿疹中18例阳性(54.5%),44例过敏性皮炎中21例阳性(47.7%),18例多形性红班中8例阳性(44%). 51例正常人血清试验结果全部阴性.其B族溶血性链球菌抗血清和腺病毒Ⅲ抗血清标记SPA的协同凝集试验结果阳性者占30%.作者等认为此可能与某些皮肤病的病因有关.

Abstract: SPA reagent made from native staphylococcus No:1800 strain labelled with 16 specific antibodies, was used for the co-agglutination test on the sera of certain skin diseases, The authors observed 390 patients, these patients include 82 cases of psoriasis vulgaris, 44 cases of allergic dermatitis, 33 cases of eczema, 47 cases of dermatitis seborrheica, 42 cases of acne vulgaris, 19 cases of urticaria chronica, 18 cases of erythema exudativum, 8 cases of folli culitis, 2 cases of pustulosis palmaris et plantaris. 14 cases of decmatomycosis, 5 cases of tuberculosis cutis,9 cases of alopecia areata, and 3 cases of erysipelas etc.Of these 82 cases of psoriasis, 50 cases showed positive co-agglutination test(69.7%).The test was positive in 18 out of 33 cases with eczema (54.5%), 21 out of 44 cases with allergic dermatitis (47.7%). 8 out of 18 cases with erythema exudativum, The results of 51 normal human sera were all negative. The co-agglutination test of SPA No: 1800 strain labelled by B streptococcus antisera and adenovirus Ⅲ antisera was positive in 30% of cases. The authors suggest that it may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of these dermatoses.
