特异性转移因子治疗银屑病及免疫功能观察

摘要： 本文介绍了用银屑病患者的鳞屑浸出液致敏正常人淋巴细胞,提取转移因子的制备过程及治疗方法.用该方法治疗40例银屑病患者,有效率达90书.并且在治疗前后进行了免疫功能观察.显示患者在治疗前ERFC及LTT结果偏低,治疗后升高.证明注射特异性转移因子后能激活巨噬细胞发挥免疫作用,提高患者免疫功能,达到治疗目的.

Abstract: The method of sensitization of normal lymphocytes with scale extract from patients with psoriasis,the procedure for the preparation of transfer factor and its application in the treatment of psoriasis are presented in this article.40 cases of psoriasis were treated with this method and 90% of the cases so treated showed effective therapeutic results.Observations on immunological functions performed before treatment revealed that the ERFC and LTT values were low,The ERFC and LTT values increased significantly after treatment.The anthers concluded that injections of specific transfer factor could activate the immunological functions of macrophages and elevate immunological reactivities which resulted in good therapeutic effects.
