光化学疗法治疗银屑病时骨髓有核细胞微核出现率的观察

Observation on the incidence of micronuclei among nucleated bone marrow cells during treatment of psoriasis with PUVA

摘要: 本文首次采用微核试验(micronucleus test)这一灵敏的细胞遗传学测定方法,进行了银屑病患者与对照组以及银屑病患者光化学疗法治疗前、后微核率的对比研究,显示前两者无明显统计学差异,而银屑病患者经光化学疗法治疗后骨髓有核细胞微核率升高,提示光化学疗法能在活体内诱发染色体损伤,有致细胞突变作用.为观察患者骨髓有核细胞微核率与光化学疗法照射次数的关系,进行了相关系数r的计算,结果r=0.488 P<0.05,表明相关是显著的,直线回归方程为Ŷ=0.049 X-1-3.4715(Ŷ为以Arcsin√P表示的微该率,X为光化学序法次数).

Abstract: Using a sensitive cytogenetic assay technique,the micronucleus test, we carried out a comparative study on the emergence rate of micronuclei among controls arid patients with psoriasis as well as pre-and post-treatment groups of psoriasis patients treated with photo-chemotherapy. The data obtained revealed that there was no statistically significant difference between psoriasis patients and controls, whereas the emergence rate of micronuclei in nucleated marrow cells of patients with posriasis was elevated following photo-chemotherapy, indicating that photo-chemotherapy might induce injuries to chromosomes in vivo,and might have mutagenic effects.
