霉梨皮炎558例临床分析

摘要： 本文报告58例霉梨皮炎.发疹前均有食用霉变黄梨史.皮损表现主要为急性皮炎,部分病例井发胃肠道症状.一般对症处座迅速治愈.曾取霉梨作霉菌培养.有交链抱霉,青霉、茄病镰刀、毛霉、单端抱霉等五种菌生长.并用霉菌毒素作动物急注毒性试验有较强毒性反应.为防止再发提出了一般预防措施.

Abstract: 558 cases of dermatitis from moulded peat were reported.All patients had taken previously moulded pear.The clinical manifestation mainly was acute dermatitis.Some cases showed gastro-iatestiaal disturbance.These troubles may be promptly cured after symptoniatic treatment.The culture of moulded pear gave growth of Alternaria Sp.,Penicillium Sp.,Fusarium solani,Mucor Sp,and Monotospo;a Sp.,Animal tests with mycotic toxin produced toxic reactions.The authors suggested some preventive approaches against recurreace.
