弹力过度性皮肤一病例报告及其超微结构的初步观察

摘要： 一例18岁女性弹力过度性皮肤息者,除具有典型症状外,还有自幼溺床、月经尚未来潮、无腋毛及阴毛等,文献上未报道过的症状.患者及其父母的染色体无数量或形态上的特殊异常.在电子显微镜下.患者血小板的超微结构正常,胶原原纤维的周期性横纹宽度约为300-380埃(正常约640-700埃).提出应加强遗传性皮肤病的调查研究.以更好地为我国的计划生育和优生工作服务.

Abstract: Cutis.hyperelastica.occurred in a 18-year-old girl.She had bed-wetting from childhood,primary amenorrliea and lack of axillary and pubic hairs,Examination of chromosome of the patient aid her parents showed no abnormality in quantity or morphology.Under electrorimicroscope,the ultrastructure of patient's platelet was normal,but striations of the collagen fibres with a periodicity were sliortened about 300-3801,(640-7001 in normal).This paper emphasized the importance of the investigation of genetic skin disorders in the planned parenthood and eugenies.
