八角莲脂酊治疗各种疣的临床观察

摘要： 中草药八角莲被认为有细胞毒作用,现巳证明八角莲含有类似鬼臼脂成份,我们用安息香配为溶剂制成25%八角莲脂酊.对26例各种宪来取外用点涂治疗.其中,痊愈11例.42.3%;显效6例,23%;好转6例,23%;无效2例,7.8%;中止1例,3.9%;‘有效率达88.3%.作者认为,本药对尖锐湿究疗效突出决治疗3例,痊愈3例,治疗多发性跖疣5例,痊愈么例:疗效也属满意.作者分析了本药对各种不同的究;艺效不同的原因,并对药物的毒性和副反应作了介绍.

Abstract: The Chinese medicinal herb Dysosma pleiantha was thought to have cytotoxin action. It has been demonstrated that the resin of this herb has s structure similar to that of podbphllotoxin. With a preparation of Dysosnia Pleiantfia 25% in tincture benzoa.We have treated 26 cases of different kind of warts liy topical application. The results were as follows:completely cured in 11 cases(42.3%) distinctly improved in 6(23%) partly regressed in 6 (23%),ineffective in 2,(7.8%).One, patient interrupted the treatment himself. The total improvement rate was 88.3%.
