Abstract: It isthe first report of study of microcirculatioa of skin is various common skin diseases in our country. The microcirculation of skin was investigated by microcirculatioa microscopy on the skin of aailfolds and the sites of the skin lesions and the features of microcirculation were described is different skin diseases. The technique is simple and uatraumatic to the patients, and can easily be performed ih OPD. The value of its clinical use was discussed.
