摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从1979年4月~1980年8月,我院采用竹红菌光化疗法(局部外涂竹红菌软膏加荧光汞灯照射)治疗月晖性瘢痕62例.其中烧烫伤后瘢痕54例,手术后瘢痕8例,病程1年以内者37例,1年以上25例.经治疗后除痒痛自觉症状减轻或消失外.瘢痕变软、变平,关节活动功能部分或全部恢复,总的有效率98.4%.作者提出,此疗法简单,无全身副作用.仅疗程较长.作者认为.此疗法是利用竹红菌,光动能物质破坏或抑制疲痕纤维组织细胞内的生化过程,而使爬厚性瘫痕组织变软、变平.

Abstract: From April 1979 to August 1980, 62 cases with hypertrophic (keloidal) scars were treated with hypocrellin photochemotherapp (local application of hypocrellin ointment plus irradiation of mercury fluorescent light) in our hospital 54 cases were due to burns or scalds and 8 cases were, post-operative scars. The duration of scars were less than one year in 37 cases and over one year is 25 cases. After treatment the scars become soft, flat and smooth.The articular,functions recovered, partially or completely in addition to relief or disappearance of their subjective symptoms, such as itching-and pain. The total effective rate was as high as 98.4%.
