70例银屑病患者血清补体测定的初步分析

摘要： 本文对70例银屑病患者进行了血清总补体(CH50)与补体第三成分(C3)的测断并锥枣者进行了对照,发现银屑病组C3值明显降低(P<0.001);CH50值无明显差异(P>0.05).同时对进行期与静止期患者分别进行统计分析,二者补体值均无明显差异(P>0.05).本文70例银屑病Cs值下降这一事实.初步说明.在银屑病角质层细胞间隙内存在着抗原抗体复合物,能族固定补体,并导致银屑病皮损的发生.

Abstract: Serum CH50 and C3 in 70 cases of psoriasis were determined, and compared with normal control. The C3 value of psoriasis group was significanfly lower than normal subjects(P<0.001), CH50 showed no significant differeace(P>0.05). No difference existed between progressive stage and static stage.Decreased C3 value indicated that there are antigen antibody immunocomplex, which can bind the complement, exists in the intercellolars pace of stratum corneum, leading to appearance of psoriasis lesions.
