80例拖鞋皮炎的分析

摘要： 本文报告80例因橡胶带塑料拖鞋引起的皮炎.发病集中在5~8月份.皮损几均限于直接接触鞋带的足背前半部.其轮廓与鞋带基本一致.反应较重或复发者则可波及踩及足底两侧.病期短者表现为急性接触性皮炎;病久或反复发作者则呈湿疹样变,伴色素沉着.内侧区的炎症反应照例比外侧为重.14例伴发自体敏感皮炎.病期多数在一个月以上.橡胶鞋带是主要的致病原因.斑试结果显示橡胶带中活性成份促进剂M,DM及防老剂MB,D是主要致敏因素.一些病例中存在交叉敏感及多元敏感.个别患者对鞋带中颜料敏感.

Abstract: Eighty cases of dermatitis caused by plastic slipper with rubber tapes were reported.The peak of incidence of the disease occurred concentratedly between-May and August.The skin lesions were limited mostly on the distal half of the ilorsum of the feet directly exposed to the rubber tapes,the outline ef the lesion coincided with the shape of the tapes,In severe or relapsed cases the lesions might spread to the ankles and sides of the sole.
