摘要： 本文介绍了一种简单的“四哇氮蓝”化验方法.采用本试验对15种皮肤病100例病人进行了测定.结果如下:四哇氮蓝阳性细胞百分率在脓疙疮等6种细菌性皮肤病以及手足癣等三种真菌病中是升高的;单纯疙疹等三种病毒性疾病在正常范围内.而5例银屑病是降低的.本文提示此试验在某些皮肤病的鉴别诊断上可能有些价值.但是该试验与免疫功能的关系尚待进一步研究.

Abstract: A simplified examination method of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) test was presented.The NBT test was studied in 100 patieats with 15 kinds of skin diseases.The results were as follows:the rate of NBT-positive cell increased is six kinds of bacte rial infections(such as impetigo etc)(p<0.051,and three kinds of fuagous diseases(such as tiaea pedis,tines manus,aad spototrichosis)(p<0.05);aormal in three kinds of viral diseases(such as herpes simplex etc)(p>0.05); decreased in 5 cases of psoriasis vulgari(p<0.05).
