人头虱卵扫描电镜观察

摘要: 用扫描电镜对人头虱卵进行了观察;发现卵壳下部与毛发之一侧紧密相连.未孵化的卵顶部有卵盖.表面有隆起的卵帽.它由3排9个等大椭圆形小室所组成,中心有一个约10微米宽的气孔,小室间无网状接合质.卵壳表面无特殊斑纹.孵化后的空卵,卵盖脱落,卵壳内陷.因此,作者认为人头虱卵与耻阴虱卵的卵帽有显著的不同,卵帽在孵化过程中起着重要作用.

Abstract: The nit of the head louse(Pediculus humanus capitis) was studied with.SEM.The results were as follows:The lower part of tfie egg shell was attached tightly to the side of the hair,The unhatched nit had an opercylum on its tep.The protruded egg lid on the operculum consisted of nine equal-sized small oral chambers arranged in three lines,There was a pore in its center about l0 mu is diameter.Neither inter chamber reticular cement nor special stripe on the egg shell was found.After hatchin8 the operculum dropped off,and the egg shell sankin the empty nit.
