摘要： 应用自制的毛细血管镜,对瘤型、界线类和结核样型麻风共56例,进行甲皱微循环观察.发现麻风患者除临床上有皮肤和神经病变外,约80%的病例有毛细血管拌形态上的异常.血液流态亦有较明显的改变.这些变化主要见于瘤型麻风,界线类和结核样型麻风依次减轻.而瘤型麻风晚期又比早期为重.经分析.作者认为甲皱微循环的异常主要取决于麻风的病型和病期.而与爪手畸形的关系不大.

Abstract: By means of the capillaroscope of authors' ownmade the microcirculation of nail folds of 56 cases of leprosy was observed,In about 80% of the cases,morphological abnormalities in capillary loops and relatively obvious changes in blood flow pattern were found,These changes were mainly seen in the lepromatous type,and with decreasing frequency in the borderlitte and tuberculoid types.The changes of the lepromatous type in late stage appeared to be more severe than those in early stage.
