摘要： 本文对336例寻常型银屑病病员(先证者)进行家谱调查查并与一般人群的发病情况进行比较以探讨银屑病的遗传规律.336例中家族史阳性者曲例(23,80%),而同时调查的门诊各类常见皮肤病456例家系中仅3例有阳性银屑病患者(0.65%),以往巳有文献报告一般人群中银屑病发病率为0.3%.因此作者认为邀传在银屑病的发病中是重要的因素.但家谱调查中除个别病例外.不能用单基因遗传法则解释.本组病员家系Ⅰ级亲属2266人中有83入患银屑病(发病率q1=3.66%),明显高于一般人群中发病率.

Abstract: A-genealogical investigation into 336 cases of psoriasis vulgaris among out-patients was made,and compared with the izicidence of psoriasis vulgaris of ordinary population in order to investigate into genetic rules of psoriasis.In 336 psoriatics,80 cases(23.80%) showed positive family history of psoriasis.At the same time the family members of 456 out-patients of various common skin diseases were investigated,and only 3 cases(0.65%) showed positive family history of psoriasis.
