摘要： 系统垫红斑性狼疮(SLE)的发病率有增高趋势,有关的研究也在广泛开展.临床表现多样和复杂,根据抗核抗体的种类结合临床表现,作者将百分成各种亚型(1.2).

Abstract: In the previous work of comparing indirect hemavglutination and isotopic (li-arr) methods of detecting serum ds-DNA antibody,we chose-indirect hemagglutination test to detect serum ds-DNA antibody in 184 patients with SLE-According to the result of serurri ds-DNA antibody determination,55 cases were positive arid 129 cases were negative.In comparison of these two groups,we found that the existence of ds-DNA antibody was closely related to.lupus nephritis(P<0.01),exacerbation of the disease(P <0.05),and prognosis.However the number of patients in ds-DNA positive group of which the serum C3 level being measured was not enough,the result was inconclusive.In addition,it was also related to higher titer(≥1:280)of antinuclear antibody detected by iininuriofluorescent technique and immunofluorescence patterns of specklethready and peripheral type.
