摘要： 自从1972年Russell①及White②等报道了HLA-B17与银屑病明显相关后,Krain等(3-6)相继进行了HLA与银屑病相关的研究,进一步指出银屑病患者HLA-B13,HLA-B17的抗原频率明显增高.

Abstract: 50 unrelated Chinese patients with psoriasis were studied (49 psoriasis vulgaris and 1 psoriasis arthritis;23 male.and 27 female).Their ages of onset varied from 9 to 53.The members of a family with.dominant psoriasis of 3 generations were also studied.
