摘要: 【摘要】 单细胞RNA测序是指在单细胞水平上对转录组进行测序的方法,是目前生物学研究领域的一项热点技术。与普通高通量RNA测序相比,单细胞RNA测序可以分辨单个细胞间的生物学差异,识别出易被忽视的罕见细胞群体和细胞亚群。本文主要介绍单细胞RNA测序的方法,总结目前该技术在皮肤病研究领域的应用,探讨现有技术的局限性和未来应用前景。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Single-cell RNA sequencing is a method for transcriptome profiling at the single-cell level, and is a hotspot technology in the field of biological research currently. Compared with the common high-throughput RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing can distinguish the biological differences between single cells, and identify rare cell populations and subpopulations. This review mainly describes the single-cell RNA sequencing method, summarizes current application of this technique in the field of dermatology, and discusses limitations and prospects of this technique.
